Spring is here and our little yoga community is going strong! Thank you to everyone who has joined in on some of our past events. Share the Love
We are currently collecting yoga mats (emergency beds), home goods and women and children’s clothing of all sizes for the Women’s Center. The Women’s Center works to break the cycle of trauma, abuse and homelessness for Triangle-Area women. They are not accepting donations until 4/3 and it is my hope to overwhelm them with our generosity at that time! Click here to learn about their specific urgent and ongoing needs.

Back Porch Yoga
Our weekly Back Porch Yoga classes have moved outside by default, though we still have access to the clubhouse when needed due to weather.
Unita Yoga at Blackbird Brewery 3/12

Yoga & Mimosas
Yoga & Mimosas last month was a load of fun and I actually remembered to take a few pictures! Our next event is Saturday, March 18th from 10:00 AM- 11:30 AM. Join us for a one-hour flow followed by a complimentary mimosa. Extend the event by ordering off the menu for brunch! Click here to sign up!
Spring Blooming
We could not be more excited about this BRAND-NEW EVENT! Welcome in the spring with us at the Rose Garden Saturday 3/25 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM. 1-1/2 hours of yoga (a traditional vinyasa flow with extra time built in for a little extra meditation and yin) with a Live Sound Journey from Donøvan Moran (xylëm) and Zero-Proof Cocktails from Umbrella Dry Bar!
