What’s Happening on “Off Wednesdays?”

We’re transforming ‘Off Wednesdays’ into an exciting chance to shake things up and add some VARIETY to your practice! Our goal is to introduce sessions that bring fresh elements, allowing you to explore different yoga styles. Each session is designed to target different aspects, helping you refine your practice and explore new areas of growth.

We’d love to hear your feedback on these ideas we’re considering:
  • Slow Flow to Yin: Begin with a gentle, flowing sequence that warms the body, enhances circulation, and connects movement with breath. As the practice progresses, we’ll ease into yin poses—held for extended periods—to release tension in connective tissues and foster deep relaxation. It’s the perfect way to balance activity and stillness, leaving you grounded and refreshed.
  • Yin Yoga: Immerse yourself in the stillness of yin yoga, focusing on seated or reclined postures held for several minutes each. This practice targets ligaments, tendons, and fascia, enhancing flexibility and joint mobility. Yin yoga invites introspection, calm, and stress reduction—ideal for finding peace amid a busy week.
  • Gentle Flow: Designed for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, Gentle Flow is a slower-paced practice that emphasizes mindful transitions and gentle variations of yoga poses. This soothing practice is perfect for easing tension and reconnecting with your breath.

Let’s Talk Timing: We’re also exploring a time change for these exciting new offerings. Would starting a yoga class in Raleigh at 7 PM work better for your schedule?
