Back Porch Yoga Class Is Back—Now Twice a Month!

We’re thrilled to share that Unita Yoga’s Back Porch Yoga has returned with a brand-new schedule for 2025. You can now join us on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month at 6:00 PM for an hour of mindful movement, breathwork, and connection.

This beloved class offers the perfect opportunity to cultivate strength, balance, and clarity—all in a welcoming and encouraging environment. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, Back Porch Yoga is your invitation to relax, recharge, and flow with ease.

While the weather is chilly, we’ll meet indoors! Enter through the front door, head upstairs, and you’ll find our warm and inviting studio on the right.

 When: Wednesday, January 22nd
 Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
 Where: Cozy upstairs studio in Durant Trails (Raleigh, NC 27615)

What to Expect:

  • A Relaxing Vinyasa Flow: This 1-hour class is thoughtfully designed to help you unwind and recharge. Move through flowing postures and gentle stretches that promote flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.
  • All Skill Levels Welcome: No yoga experience? No problem! Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is tailored to suit everyone.
  • Props Provided: We’ve got mats and blocks covered—just bring your energy, an open heart, and comfortable clothing.
