Back Porch Yoga in the Backyard Oasis

Enjoy a one-hour vinyasa flow class suitable for all levels of experience. Mats and blocks are provided—just bring yourself! Classes are typically held in a backyard studio that backs up to the greenway trail in Durant Trails. Weather permitting, class will be in either the backyard oasis or the upstairs studio, with updates available the week of the event.
Full Moon Flow at Whitaker and Atlantic

The sequence features moon salutations and poses like Half Moon, Crescent Moon, Kneeling Crescent, Goddess Squat, and Triangle Pose. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and gratitude, we’ll honor the divine feminine energy of the full moon.

Yin Yoga in the Backyard Oasis
