As the air begins to warm and the first flowers find their way through the soil, many of us find our thoughts drifting toward spring break. Whether you are heading to the coast or planning a quiet week at home, your routine is about to change. Often, when we step away from our daily schedules, our personal practices—the things that actually keep us feeling grounded—are the first things to get left behind.
You’ve worked hard to build a consistent yoga practice, and you shouldn’t have to choose between a vacation and your well-being. This season, we’re showing you how to take your practice with you. Our collection of online yoga videos brings the warmth of our community to your fingertips, ensuring you have the tools to move and breathe, wherever you land.
Your Sanctuary, Anywhere
Sometimes, the most profound moments of peace happen in the most unexpected places—a sun-drenched hotel balcony, a quiet corner of a mountain cabin, or even a restful afternoon in your own living room. Our online yoga videos are designed to meet you exactly where you are, both physically and emotionally.
We know that travel can sometimes feel a bit chaotic. Flights, long drives, and busy itineraries can leave your body feeling stiff and your mind a bit cluttered. Having access to online yoga videos allows you to hit pause and breathe, ensuring that your vacation truly remains a time of rejuvenation.
A Practice for Every Pace
Our on-demand library is curated to fit seamlessly into your day, no matter how much (or how little) time you have. We offer a diverse range of online yoga videos to match your energy and your journey:
Intro to Yoga & Yoga for Beginners
Our introductory playlists are perfect for anyone curious about the practice or looking to build a foundational knowledge of yoga. Our 13-video Intro to Yoga series is designed to be spread out over three weeks; by the end, you’ll be fully prepared to take any yoga class, anywhere. If you are new to the practice or still building confidence, our Yoga for Beginners playlist supports you by answering common questions and leading you through accessible vinyasa flows.
Individual Postures
In this series, we dive deeper into down dog, chaturanga, extended side angle, triangle pose, and more—one pose at a time. This is a wonderful way to expand your knowledge of your favorite postures or refine your technique with anything that feels challenging.
Wake and Flow
There’s no better way to wake up than with yoga. These short, intentional movements help you greet the morning sun with open arms, awakening your energy and preparing you for the day ahead.
Vinyasa & Gentle Flows
If you’re seeking a longer practice, we have two Flow playlists to choose from. If you want to challenge yourself with balance and strength, choose a Vinyasa Flow. If you are looking for a slower paced class, try out one of our Gentle Flows.
Yin on Your Own Time
These deeply restorative sessions help you release tension and surrender into stillness. They are designed to strengthen your joints and your parasympathetic nervous system. We’ll cue you into each pose and encourage you to pause the video to hold for varying lengths of time. This is a great way to build up to a full Yin hold of 3-4 minutes.
Chair Yoga & Yoga at Your Desk
If you’re stuck at work, or even during a long layover at the airport, these flows are ideal for finding a moment of movement in a small space.
Specialized Collections
Sometimes, you know exactly what your body needs. If you are struggling with a tight lower back, trying to settle down for sleep, or simply craving a heart-opening flow, explore this playlist to find exactly what you are looking for.
Yoga for Teachers
To our fellow teachers: we know you are busy, but the best way we can strengthen our skills is by learning from each other. Check out these quick tips to help you teach more effectively and stay inspired.
The Power of the Sequence
One of our favorite ways to practice is through our Similar Sequence series. We’ve taken the same flow and adapted it into four different formats. You might start your week with a Wake and Flow to gently stir the senses, then move through Gentle or Vinyasa Flows when your energy is high and you feel ready to take on the world. To close out a day of exploration, you can transition into Bedtime Yin Yoga to optimize your vacation rest and prepare the body for deep sleep.
By revisiting the same sequence in different ways through our online yoga videos, you can truly notice how your body and energy shift throughout your week of rest.
