(Tentative) Day-by-Day Breakdown

Day 1: Rooting in the Present

Our yoga retreat journey begins with the earth beneath our feet. As you arrive at the water’s edge, we invite you to shed the weight of your travels and the busyness of the week. This day is dedicated to grounding. Through gentle, restorative movement and mindful presence, we will arrive fully in this moment, noticing the scent of the pines and the soft light reflecting off the lake.

Day 2: The Rhythm of Being

Yoga Retreat in NC

On our second day, we turn our awareness inward to the bridge between the physical and the subtle. We will explore the connection of mind, body, and breath, allowing each movement to be led by the inhale and each release to be found in the exhale. In this space, we move not for performance, but for the pure joy of feeling the life-force flowing through us in perfect harmony.

Day 3: Belonging to the Wild

As we settle into the stillness of the mountains, we expand our circle of connection. Day three is about honoring one another and the natural world. We will take our practice outdoors, feeling the sun’s warmth and the breeze against our skin. Whether sharing a quiet moment of reflection or a mindful walk along the reservoir, we recognize that we are not separate from nature, but a vital, beautiful part of it.

Day 4: The Infinite Ripple

On our final morning, we prepare to carry this peace back into our lives. We focus our hearts on the connection to our entire community and all living beings. We recognize that the calm we have cultivated here does not end at the mat; it ripples outward, touching every life we encounter. We leave with a renewed sense of purpose, carrying the light of connection home with us.

Join Us in the Quiet

If your heart is seeking a place to land, we would be honored to hold space for you. This yoga retreat in NC is an invitation to listen to your body, set your intentions, and rediscover the balance between energy and ease.
