As the seasons shift and the whispers of spring dance through the air, we at Unita Yoga are thrilled to announce the return to the Backyard Oasis for our beloved “Back Porch Yoga” sessions! Join us on Wednesday nights from 6-7 PM, where we will rekindle our connection with nature and nurture our practice amidst the splendor of the great outdoors.

This summer, I had the pleasure of beach trips with friends, an amazing yoga and hiking retreat in Black Mountain taught by Jenn Fisher, loads of paddle boarding, more concerts than I care to admit, and even a trip to Mexico with my extended family. It is my intention to bring you all with me this fall/winter season as I hope to begin sharing more of my life with you via blogs, social media and newsletter updates. In the meantime, there’s quite a lot going on now that I haven’t even told you yet!
